Booking is not normally necessary, although recommended for group of 4 or more and for special events.
For booking outside normal hours and parties, a non redundable or transferable deposit will be required to secure the booking.
Birthday party deposits are £50
For special event, a £5 non refundable/ non transferable deposit is required per person.
For other parties and group booking, a set deposit of £50 will be required at booking.
The deposits paid are refundable against the cost on the day.
Cancellations more then 14 days in advance - deposit transferable to another date but non refundable.
Cancellation withing 7 days - no deposit refund and non transferable.
Painted items are non refundable due to bespoke items. If any fault found, then a replacement will be offered or gift voucher - No cash refunds.
All painting is to be paid for in full at time of painting and not at time of collection.
An estimate of up to 10 days for collection of pottery to be glazed and fired is advised. If there is any delay, we will advise on this at time of painting.
Any unexpected delays we will endeavor to call in advance.
The estimated collection date is not guaranteed, some flexibility may sometimes be required due to the nature of the product process.
Unfinished, glazed and fired pottery will be held for 6 months from first painting. After this date pottery will be re-homed.
We hold no responsibility for items are handled once collected. All pottery is fragile and may chip and break if missed used.
It is advised not to place pottery items in a dishwasher and to hand wash only.
Please note items not collected after a 6 month period, we reserve the right to re-home items without notification. We are unable to hold past 6 months due to limited space unless pre- agreed.
We are happy to post your pottery onced glazed and fired.
These costs will depend on size and weight of products and we will advise you of this additional cost if asked.

Our liability ends whe your parcel has been signed for intacted in accordance with the couriers tracking procedures.
Any damages should be notified within 24 hours of delivery and no later than 21 days from date of dispach so the couirer can be contacted within their time scale.
One offer per customer only which includes vouchers, discount codes and any promotions run by us.
Staff must be notified ON ARRIVAL of promotion offer.
By accepting the offer, you are agreeing to be bound by out terms and conditions.
